The Saguaro Jazz Bands

Friday, March 24, 2023 at 6:00 pm

Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 6:00 pm

Location: Saguaro High School Auditorium.  Doors open at 5:15 pm

Ticket Prices: 

$5 Student general admission with ID at the door

$10 General admission, sold at door only

$25 Table single seats include drinks and snacks

$80 Full table with four seats

Chocolate tasting and beverage service included with table seating.

Special guest performances

jazz & chocolate - the LARGEST fundraiser of the year!

Jazz & Chocolate is our largest band fundraiser for the year--not just for jazz band, but for ALL bands! During the event, the Sabercat Jazz Bands perform on stage, students from all the band programs serve chocolates and other treats, and we hold a silent auction of donated items.  These items are available for bid either online or in person at the event. Proceeds from the auction go the the boosters operational budget to cover costs for the remainder of the current year and carry over to the next year's band programs.

EVENT VOLUNTEERS

We need volunteers to help make this event a success!  The committee members plan the event, sell tickets, and gather donations for the silent auction and treats to serve the attendees. If you would like to be involved, please email us at saguarobandboosters@gmail.com
